I wasn't able to go home for Christmas this year, but Mr. AIF, the kitten and I had a lovely holiday all nestled at home... We opened gifts (I finally got the Wilfred scarf I had wanted for ever!), ate delicious food and watched loads of holiday movies (National Lampoons anyone?). The only time we left the house was to go on what we decided would become an annual Christmas walk — after all, that shortbread isn't going to burn itself off, now is it?
